CJC-1295 No DAC (5 mg Vial)

Synthetic 29-amino-acid GHRH analog (Modified GRF 1–29) studied for pulsatile growth hormone secretion while preserving the body's physiologic feedback loop.

Vial

5 mg vial

Category

GH Secretagogue

Research highlights

A short half-life produces discrete GH pulses in research models.
Preserves the physiologic GH feedback loop, unlike exogenous GH administration.
Studied as a GHRH analog for pulsatile growth-hormone secretion.

How this works

CJC-1295 No DAC has four amino acid substitutions that enhance stability against enzymatic degradation. It binds to GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs, stimulating synthesis and pulsatile release of endogenous growth hormone. Unlike exogenous GH, GHRH analogs preserve the physiologic feedback loop, resulting in more natural GH pulsatility without supraphysiological GH levels.

Storage

  • Lyophilized: store at 2–8 °C; for extended storage, freeze at ≤−20 °C.
  • Reconstituted: refrigerate at 2–8 °C; use within 1–2 weeks; avoid freeze–thaw.
  • Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening.
